It has recently been announced that Eddie Sotelo over at the Piolin radio show will be hosting an exciting El Reto Beachbody (Beachbody challenge) that the entire community can take part in. The el reto de Piolin Por La Manana is set to be the first time that Beachbody has actually teamed with a celebrity, although many have become Team Bachbody coaches in the past. Eddie’s deep interest in the health and well being of the Hispanic community is what sparked this particular campaign which is aimed to teach the group more about health and fitness for their own happiness.

As it turns out, the obesity rates among Hispanics is one of highest in the United States, which is why the topic hits so close to home for Piolin, which is how Eddie is known to his fans through his radio show. Eddie himself has always made a point to stay fit throughout life because it is something that he was taught by his grandfather while growing up. When Eddie discovered both the Shakeology product and the P90X program he saw a way to bridge the gap between these healthful ways of life and the sedentary lives of so many people out there.

Eddie has decided to challenge his radio show listeners to use Team Beachbody products in order to lose weight and to get healthier. He plans to host two separate Beachbody events that will be live, and you can find Eddie at Mission College in Los Angeles on February 4, 2012 which is where he’ll begin his team Beachbody challenge to the Hispanic community in hopes that they’ll band together and take action against obesity.

Those who show up to the event on the 4th of February will have the opportunity to do a workout with Eddie and to taste the powerful Shakeology drink. The goal is to teach everyone who shows up the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle, how to go about doing it, and to get everyone comfortable with the entire Beachbody program. This should be a great start to a long campaign to help stop obesity in its tracks once and for all.
